We were given the opportunity to collaborate with telecommunication heavy weights Telstra to create all staging, branded elements, exhibition stands and break out rooms including experiential spaces for the Telstra Digital Summit 2014 and 2015.
The Telstra Digital Summit is kind of a big deal, attracting the nation’s best and brightest business leaders and digital practitioners to connect, learn, share and engage. The brief was to create a space that was unmistakably Telstra comprising of hundreds of fabric and reusable custom branded elements.
We designed and created a custom stage design comprising of nine fabric wall panels which dovetail together to create the perfect backdrop to frame the delivery of engaging and rigorous presentations about latest innovations in the digital space. The stage was also set with a custom fabric wrap which carried branding and event colours around the base of the stage. This created a consistent and purposeful feel and made the setting appear to be completely built.
One of our favourite areas to set up was the experiential putt-putt golf break out section that consistent of fabric flags, banners walls and counters. Every element was custom including yellow tops on counters to blend into the colours of the event. We put together 130 custom fabric panels, three exhibition stands including flooring and blimps, reception areas, way finding signage both inside the main exhibition hall and out. Every element worked in harmony to help create some great experiences and engagement for the attendees, lots of connections were made and I am sure many lifelong brand advocates following such a fantastic event.
